It has come to my attention that I need to clarify how drops work for ls .We want to be as transparent as possible and never ever leave the impression of things being stolen or hidden.

Dynamis drops: Wunjo/Kiralisa are almost always the one who collects all drops. Except volte gears, and the quartermaster is taken off for those drops just in case volte drops.
Medals/materials/moldy items are randomed for at the end outside Dynamis.If you leave early. you give up your chance to random, but please still let me know so I can send currency.
Currency is added up and divided among the members who were in the run that night. If some dc's or leaves early, I write their name down and send currency from mule for them to pick up. Some times I will have several people to send currency to and it may take a couple days. Currency includes all versions of the identification tags, heroism crystals/aggregates, and astral detritus. (The detritus and old ID tags are from Wave 3 and are rare items for us.) In addition any leftover currency (because it seldom divides out equally) is put into a pile in my personal mog safe (best I could do) and twice a year usually is randomed out to people who have showed up for dynamis in a kind of lottery Also, detritus from dynamis is kept separate from that of omen.

Omen drops: Usually you will see me or Wunjo/Kiralisa lotting the astral detritus as we go. He hands the astrals over to me at the end of the runs. Sometimes during runs seals drop so fast that he can not lot them and they drop to members. We request that you send these to me via delivery box when you notice them or give them to me after event. These go to a pile that is divided out to linkshell members two or three times a year usually. This system varies a but from Dyna as me and Bigs make a list of people who have been active in Omen for the last few months, hence newer members do not usually get detritus until they have been around a few months. The number of people who are active is the number which we divide by. This was one of the fairest ways we could come up with and its been working.

This system doesn't effect the declared jobs system for shards/voidwear or for omen boss drops– those are an entirely different matter which most of you understand now.
